METROPOL13 is being built on an area of more than 6,000 square meters connecting Lehel street and Lőportár passage. In the 4-phase building complex, we envisioned 48 apartments in the 1st phase, 48 in the 2nd phase, 90 in the 3rd phase, and 95 in the 4th phase, ranging from studio apartments to 100 sqm apartments with large terraces. The ground-floor apartments overlook a beautiful ornamental garden, while exclusive penthouse apartments will be built on the top floors.
The development with a total of 281 apartments includes an enclosed, landscaped garden of more than 3,000 square meters, which can only be used by the residents. The facade of the building dreamed up by the recognized architect and designer is modern and youthful, following the unique lines of our previous projects.
